职业病防治教学中劳动观与工匠精神的培育路径研究
Research on the Cultivation Paths of Labor Perspective and Craftsmanship Spirit in Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Teaching
摘要: 职业病防治教学是保障劳动者健康、筑牢公共卫生安全防线的关键,核心目标既包括传授病理诊断、防护干预等专业知识技能,也在于以职业认知提升为基础培育学生职业素养——深化其对该职业的认同与尊重,引导劳动观(职业认同、尊重与责任担当的统一)转化为职业行为,让工匠精神(含奉献、服务、协作、人文关怀、精益求精等)融入三观形成。当前教学存在理论与价值引领脱节、策略缺乏针对性等问题,侧重技术传授而忽视职业认知与工匠精神培育,案例未充分挖掘行业核心素养,教学方法难以落地。本文梳理了相关研究现状,界定了二者在该教学领域的具体内涵,基于案例教学实践,借助真实职业场景,推动学生将职业认知内化为行为自觉,让工匠精神贯穿职业实践,为教学提质增效提供支撑与范式。
Abstract: Occupational disease prevention and control education is crucial for safeguarding the health of workers and strengthening the public health security line. Its core objective encompasses not only imparting professional knowledge and skills such as pathological diagnosis and protective intervention, but also cultivating students’ professional qualities based on enhancing their professional cognition - deepening their identification and respect for the profession, guiding the labor perspective (the unity of professional identity, respect, and responsibility assumption) into professional behavior, and integrating the spirit of craftsmanship (including dedication, service, collaboration, humanistic care, and continuous improvement) into the formation of values. Currently, the teaching process suffers from issues such as a disconnect between theory and value guidance, and a lack of targeted strategies. It focuses on technical transmission while neglecting the cultivation of professional cognition and the spirit of craftsmanship. The cases have not fully explored the core competencies of the industry, and the teaching methods are difficult to implement. This paper reviews the current research status, defines the specific connotations of both in this teaching field, and based on case teaching practice, by leveraging real professional scenarios, promotes students to internalize professional cognition into behavioral awareness, allowing the spirit of craftsmanship to permeate professional practice, and provides support and a model for improving teaching quality and efficiency.
