农文旅商融合发展助推乡村产业振兴的路径及模式初探

A Preliminary Exploration of the Paths and Models of Integrating Agriculture, Culture, Tourism, and Commerce to Promote Rural Industrial Revitalization

摘要: 在乡村振兴战略深入推进的背景下，农文旅商融合发展成为激活乡村内生动力、实现产业转型升级的关键路径。本文基于党的二十届四中全会部署及2025年中央一号文件精神，结合全国多地典型实践案例，系统分析农文旅商融合的内在逻辑与核心价值。通过探索“资源整合–业态创新–价值转化–治理保障”的四维发展路径，总结赛事引流型、非遗活化型、数字赋能型等多元融合模式，并提出破解资源分散、要素短缺、同质化等问题的优化策略，为乡村产业高质量发展提供理论支撑与实践参考。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the integrated development of agriculture, culture, tourism, and commerce has become a key path to activate endogenous rural dynamics and achieve industrial transformation and upgrading. Based on the deployment of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the spirit of the 2025 Central Document No. 1, and combined with typical practical cases from various regions across the country, this paper systematically analyzes the inherent logic and core value of the integration of agriculture, culture, tourism, and commerce. By exploring the four-dimensional development path of “resource integration-business model innovation-value transformation-governance guarantee,” this paper summarizes diverse integration models such as event-driven, intangible cultural heritage activation, and digital empowerment, and proposes optimization strategies to address problems such as resource dispersion, factor shortages, and homogenization, providing theoretical support and practical reference for the high-quality development of rural industries.
