穴位贴敷治疗化疗后恶心呕吐的研究进展

摘要: 化疗后恶心呕吐(Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting, CINV)是恶性肿瘤患者化学药物治疗后最常见的不良反应之一，严重影响患者抗肿瘤治疗的依从性，甚至会影响到患者的生活质量以及抗肿瘤治疗效果。临床上CINV主要用药物治疗，但仍存在一些不足。在中医药的辩证基础上越来越多的穴位贴敷治疗CINV相关研究被报道。本文通过整理国内外文献，并进行总结归纳，希望为CINV的预防和治疗提供更多的理论依据。
Abstract: Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting (CINV) is one of the most common adverse reactions in cancer patients receiving chemotherapy, significantly affecting patients’ compliance with antitumor therapy, and even impacting their quality of life and treatment outcomes. Currently, CINV is mainly managed with pharmacological interventions, yet certain limitations remain. Based on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome differentiation, an increasing number of studies on acupoint application for CINV have been reported. This article reviews and summarizes relevant literature from domestic and international sources, aiming to provide additional theoretical evidence for the prevention and treatment of CINV.
