普通高等学校劳动教育课程劳动法治教育的融入研究
The Underlying Logic and Content System of Integrating Labor Education Courses into Labor Legal Education in Ordinary Higher Education Institutions
摘要: 针对理论界对劳动教育法治和劳动法治教育的概念关联、劳动法治教育融入劳动教育课程的底层逻辑、融入内容、教学融入路径等问题的探讨不足,针对实践中一些高校劳动教育课程存在劳动法治教育融入不足或不到位的问题,本文在厘清劳动法治教育与劳动教育法治两概念关联的基础上,解读了劳动法治教育融入劳动教育课程的底层逻辑、内容体系和教学实施路径。
Abstract: Due to insufficient discussion in the theoretical community on the conceptual relationship between “Governing Labor Education by law” and “Labor Legal Education”, as well as insufficient discussion on the underlying logic, content, and teaching integration path of integrating Labor Legal Education into Labor Education Courses, furthermore, due to the insufficient or inadequate integration of Labor Legal Education in some universities’ Labor Education courses in practice, this article clarifies the relationship between “Labor Legal Education” and “Governing Labor Education by law”, and interprets the underlying logic, content system, and teaching implementation path of integrating “labor legal education” into labor education courses.
