数智技术赋能中小学思政教学中教师角色的现实困境与转型路径研究
A Study on the Practical Dilemmas and Transformation Paths of Teachers’ Roles in Primary and Secondary School Ideological and Political Teaching Empowered by Digital-Intelligent Technology
摘要: 数智技术为中小学思政课堂带来了前所未有的发展机遇,通过丰富教学内容、创新教学模式,为课程改革与育人效果提升开辟了新路径。然而,机遇与挑战并存,技术赋能亦引发了教师角色转型的深层困境,主要表现为教师数智素养不足、知识权威被削弱、价值引领功能被技术形式所遮蔽以及信息伦理责任加重等方面。面对这些现实困境,教师需要调整角色,与人工智能技术协同工作,实现从传统角色到思政价值引领者、教学创新设计者、深度资源整合者、批判思维引导者与情感陪伴者的角色重塑。
Abstract: Digital-intelligent technology has brought unprecedented development opportunities to ideological and political classrooms in primary and secondary schools. By enriching teaching content and innovating teaching models, it has opened up new paths for curriculum reform and the improvement of education effectiveness. Nevertheless, opportunities coexist with challenges, and technological empowerment has also triggered profound dilemmas in the transformation of teachers’ roles. These dilemmas are mainly manifested in the following aspects: insufficient digital-intelligent literacy of teachers, weakened knowledge authority, the obscuring of the value-leading function by technological forms, and the increased responsibility of information ethics. Faced with these practical dilemmas, teachers need to adjust their roles, collaborate with artificial intelligence technology, and realize the role reshaping from traditional roles to ideological and political value leaders, teaching innovation designers, in-depth resource integrators, critical thinking guides, and emotional companions.
