高校有组织科研项目绩效评价

Research on the Performance Evaluation of Organized Scientific Research Projects in Colleges and Universities

摘要: 为了加快建设科技强国，实现高水平科技自立自强，高等学校通过有组织科研突破关键技术，服务地方经济发展。本文研究科研项目的绩效评价，选取四川省属某高校自设科研项目为研究对象，综合考虑目标定位、过程管理、资金支持、政策制度、实施成效五个方面，构建科研项目绩效评价指标体系。通过对项目进行综合绩效评价，提出资源配置和协同管理的对策建议。

Abstract: In order to accelerate the construction of a technological powerhouse and achieve high-level technological self-reliance and self-improvement, higher education institutions break through key technologies through organized scientific research to serve local economic development. This article studies the performance evaluation of scientific research projects, selecting a self established scientific research project of a university in Sichuan Province as the research object, comprehensively considering five aspects: target positioning, process management, financial support, policy system, and implementation effectiveness, to construct a performance evaluation index system for scientific research projects. Through comprehensive performance evaluation of the project, it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for resource allocation and collaborative management.
