智慧树平台支持下的医学伦理学课堂教学实践与反思
Teaching Practice and Reflection on Medical Ethics Classroom Supported by the Zhihuishu Platform
摘要: 在医学教育不断推进信息化与混合式教学改革的背景下,如何在不削弱课程人文深度的前提下,合理运用在线教学平台提升医学伦理学课堂的教学效果,成为当前医学人文教育面临的重要议题。本文以某医学院校本科《医学伦理学》课程为研究对象,依托智慧树平台开展为期一学期的混合式教学实践,综合运用视频课程、在线测试、小组讨论与课堂互动等教学环节,探索平台支持下医学伦理学课堂教学的实施路径与实际效果。研究通过课堂观察、学生访谈及教学反思性记录,对教学过程与学生学习体验进行系统分析。结果表明,智慧树平台在知识传递、学习节奏管理与课堂参与方面具有一定促进作用,但在伦理思维深度、价值澄清与情境化讨论方面仍需依托线下课堂进行补充与引导。本文在总结教学实践经验的基础上,对平台支持下医学伦理学教学中存在的局限进行反思,并提出进一步优化混合式教学设计的思路,以期为医学伦理学课程的信息化教学改革提供实践参考。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of ongoing digitalization and the reform of blended learning in medical education, how to appropriately integrate online teaching platforms into medical ethics classrooms without undermining their humanistic depth has become a key concern in medical humanities education. This study takes an undergraduate Medical Ethics course at a medical university as its research context and implements a semester-long blended teaching practice supported by the Zhihuishu platform. Multiple instructional components were integrated, including video lectures, online quizzes, small-group discussions, and in-class interactive activities, in order to explore the implementation pathways and practical outcomes of platform-assisted medical ethics teaching. Data were collected through classroom observations, student interviews, and reflective teaching records, and were analyzed systematically to examine both the instructional process and students’ learning experiences. The findings indicate that the Zhihuishu platform plays a facilitative role in knowledge delivery, learning pace management, and classroom participation. However, the development of in-depth ethical reasoning, value clarification, and context-based discussion still relies heavily on face-to-face classroom engagement and teacher guidance. Based on a synthesis of teaching practice, this paper reflects on the limitations of platform-supported medical ethics instruction and proposes directions for further optimizing blended teaching design, with the aim of providing practical insights for the digital transformation of medical ethics education.
