摘要: 党的二十届四中全会将“高质量发展”确立为现代化建设的首要任务,为高校思政教育提质增效指明方向。面对新时代要求,高校思政教育亟需从规模扩张、知识灌输转向内涵提升、价值引领的高质量发展。本研究立足该视域,以建构主义学习理论为学理支撑,首先厘清高质量发展、高校思政教育与建构主义的内在逻辑关联。其次通过剖析当前高校思政教育的实践困境,并从建构主义视角反思其根源。在此基础上,构建以目标、内容、方法、环境、评价五位一体的思政教育创新机制,提出具体实施路径。最后结合高校实践案例展开分析,验证机制的可行性与有效性。研究旨在推动党的创新理论深度融入思政教育全过程,为培养担当中国式现代化重任的时代新人提供理论参考与实践路径。
Abstract: The Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee established “high-quality development” as the primary task of modernization, and pointed out the direction for improving the quality and efficiency of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In the face of the requirements of the new era, ideological and political education in colleges and universities urgently needs to shift from scale expansion and knowledge infusion to high-quality development with connotation improvement and value guidance. Based on this perspective and supported by constructivist learning theory, this study first clarifies the internal logical relationship among high-quality development, ideological and political education in colleges and universities and constructivism. Secondly, by analyzing the practical dilemma of current ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and reflecting on its root causes from the perspective of constructivism. On this basis, this paper constructs an innovative mechanism of ideological and political education based on the five aspects of goal, content, method, environment and evaluation, and puts forward the concrete implementation path. Finally, combined with the practical cases of colleges and universities, the feasibility and effectiveness of the mechanism are verified. The purpose of this study is to promote the deep integration of the party’s innovation theory into the whole process of ideological and political education, and to provide theoretical reference and practical path for cultivating new people in the era of Chinese modernization.
