网络时代高校辅导员思想政治教育引领力提升研究

Research on Improving the Guiding Power of Ideological and Political Education of College Counselors in the Internet Era

摘要: 在网络时代，高校辅导员思想政治教育引领力是影响大学生思想政治教育成效的重要因素，研究通过探寻网络时代高校辅导员思想政治教育引领力的内涵要义，阐述其在战略、育人、个体三方面的时代价值，从而分析现实困境，辅导员在网络时代思想政治教育引领力提升面临辅导员能力素养亟待不断提升、大学生个性需求加剧引领难度、互联网信息复杂削弱教育效能等困境，通过强化能力建设、聚焦学生需求、创新网络育人等路径可以有效提升其思想政治教育引领力。

Abstract: In the internet era, the guiding power of ideological and political education exercised by college counselors is a critical factor influencing the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students. This study first explores the connotation and core requirements of such guiding power, then elaborates its contemporary value in three dimensions: strategic development, education practice and individual growth. It further analyzes practical dilemmas faced by counselors, such as the urgent need to enhance their professional competence, the increasing difficulty in meeting students’ diversified individual needs, and the weakened educational effectiveness due to complex online information. Finally, the study proposes targeted solutions including strengthening capability building, focusing on student demands and innovating online education models to effectively improve counselors’ guiding power in ideological and political education.
