大学生思想政治教育获得感的生成逻辑和提升路径研究

Research on the Generative Logic and Enhancement Pathway of College Students’ Sense of Gain in Ideological and Political Education

摘要: 大学生思想政治教育获得感即大学生通过参与高校思想政治教育过程获得的客观收益以及在此基础上形成的积极主观体验。大学生思想政治教育获得感的生成是一个螺旋上升、逐层推进的过程，其中大学生的发展需求和心理预期是起点，大学生在思想政治教育中的有效参与是成长点，大学生在思想政治教育中的客观收益是关键点，大学生对客观收益的主体认同是落脚点。在这个动态发展的过程中，大学生的思想政治教育获得感逐渐生成，并从认知、情感、思想、行为等多个层面表现出来。有效提升大学生思想政治教育获得感，要激发大学生参与思想政治教育内生动力、理顺教育者与大学生之间的关系、提高思想政治教育内容供给质量、构建全员全程全方位育人体系。

Abstract: The sense of gain in ideological and political education for college students refers to the objective benefits they obtain through participating in the process of such education in higher education institutions, as well as the positive subjective experiences formed on this basis. The generation of this sense of gain is a spiraling and progressively advancing process. It begins with the developmental needs and psychological expectations of students, grows through their effective participation in ideological and political education, hinges on the objective benefits they gain from it, and culminates in their subjective identification with these benefits. Throughout this dynamic process, the sense of gain gradually takes shape and manifests itself across multiple dimensions, including cognition, emotion, thought, and behavior. To effectively enhance this sense of gain, it is essential to stimulate students’ endogenous motivation to participate in ideological and political education, clarify the relationship between educators and students, improve the quality of content provision in ideological and political education, and build an all-staff, whole-process, and all-round education system.
