Abstract: This article reports a case of primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) involving the left temporal lobe whose imaging appearance closely mimicked that of glioblastoma. Although the two entities overlap in clinical features and conventional imaging findings, subtle differences identified through multidimensional imaging assessment may facilitate early differential diagnosis. Definitive diagnosis ultimately relies on histopathological examination, which is essential to avoid misdiagnosis and to guide precise treatment strategies.
