生息资本与职能资本辩证关系的文本阐释与启示——基于《资本论》“生息资本”章的考察

Textual Interpretation and Enlightenment of the Dialectical Relationship between Interest-Bearing Capital and Functional Capital —A Study Based on the “Interest-Bearing Capital” Chapter of Capital

摘要: 在《资本论》第三卷第五篇《生息资本》章中，马克思围绕生息资本与职能资本的辩证关系，展开对生息资本的考察。马克思从生息资本的特有的流通、生息资本作为商品出售的特别方式以及生息资本独特的使用价值三个方面深入剖析了生息资本区别于职能资本的基本特点，阐明了生息资本与职能资本是内容与形式的统一。对这一辩证关系的文本考察有助于明确新时代坚持把金融服务实体经济作为我国金融工作的重要内容，并对信息技术条件下将实体经济与虚拟经济割裂开来的错误做法做出科学回应。

Abstract: In the fifth chapter of the third volume of Capital, Marx examines the dialectical relationship between interest-bearing capital and functional capital. Marx deeply analyzed the basic characteristics of interest-bearing capital that distinguish it from functional capital from three aspects: the unique circulation of interest-bearing capital, the special way in which interest-bearing capital is sold as a commodity, and the unique use value of interest-bearing capital, and clarified that interest-bearing capital and functional capital are the unity of content and form. The textual investigation of this dialectical relationship is helpful to clarify the insistence on providing financial services to the real economy as the fundamental purpose of China’s financial work in the new era, and to make a scientific response to the wrong practice of separating the real economy from the virtual economy under the condition of information technology.
