针刀松解术在痤疮瘢痕中的应用

摘要: 痤疮是临床上常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病，部分患者受疾病严重程度、延治误治或护理不当等原因造成的真皮及皮下组织损伤而在痤疮皮损处出现瘢痕，是痤疮常见的较为严重的后遗症之一，其患病率高，且治疗困难，给患者带来严重的身心负担。痤疮瘢痕的治疗方法众多，包括激光疗法、化学剥脱疗法、组织填充法、射频及外科手术等，但这些方法不但需要一定的操作技术水平，且费用高、具有一定的不良反应，对于医生及患者都存在着限制。针刀疗法兼具针刺与刀割的双重作用，且操作简便，安全有效，是中医治疗痤疮瘢痕的特色疗法。本文通过对针刀类皮下松解术治疗痤疮瘢痕的相关临床研究进行分析与总结，以期为临床痤疮瘢痕的治疗提供一种简便效廉的方法，也为针刀松解术的临床应用提供依据。

Abstract: Acne is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease in clinical practice. Some patients suffer from scars at the acne lesions due to severe disease, delayed or improper treatment, or improper care, which is one of the more serious sequelae of acne. It has a high incidence rate and is difficult to treat, causing severe physical and mental burdens to patients. There are many treatment methods for acne scars, including laser therapy, chemical peeling, tissue filling, radiofrequency, and surgical methods. However, these methods not only require certain technical skills but also have high costs and certain adverse reactions, which pose limitations for both doctors and patients. The needle-knife therapy combines the dual effects of acupuncture and incision, and is simple to operate, safe and effective. It is a characteristic therapy for acne scars in traditional Chinese medicine. This article analyzes and summarizes the relevant clinical studies on the treatment of acne scars with needle-knife release, aiming to provide a simple, effective and low-cost method for the clinical treatment of acne scars and to provide a basis for the clinical application of needle-knife release.
