应用型本科院校“一站式”学生社区发展型资助育人创新路径研究

摘要: 本文以应用型本科院校“一站式”学生社区建设为研究背景，聚焦发展型资助育人的创新实施路径。通过剖析当前应用型本科院校在发展型资助育人理念传播、跨部门协作机制及特色工作打造等方面存在的现实难题，探讨“一站式”管理模式下优化顶层设计、整合多方资源、创新工作机制的具体策略，旨在为提升应用型本科院校资助育人实效、助力学生全面发展提供理论参考与实践借鉴。

Abstract: Against the research background of constructing “one-stop” student communities in application-oriented undergraduate universities, this paper focuses on the innovative implementation paths of development-oriented financial assistance and education for students. By analyzing the practical challenges existing in such universities regarding the dissemination of the development-oriented financial assistance and education concept, the construction of inter-departmental collaboration mechanisms, and the development of characteristic programs, it explores specific strategies for optimizing top-level design, integrating multi-stakeholder resources, and innovating working mechanisms under the “one-stop” management mode. The paper aims to provide theoretical reference and practical insights for enhancing the effectiveness of financial assistance and education in application-oriented undergraduate universities and facilitating the all-round development of students.
