协同治理理论视角下职业院校主导型市域产教联合体育人逻辑与模型构建

Logic and Model Construction of Vocational Colleges-Driven City-Industry-Education Collaborative Sports Talent Development from the Perspective of Collaborative Governance Theory

摘要: 随着教育产业的发展，职业院校在人才培养中扮演着重要角色。本文基于协同治理理论，构建了一个市域产教联合体育人培养模型。该模型通过地方政府、职业院校和教育产业三方深度合作，促进资源共享、需求对接与长效合作机制，旨在提升人才培养质量与就业适配性。研究表明，该模式能够有效提升资源利用效率，并加强教育与产业的对接，但仍面临合作深度不足和利益协调机制不完善的挑战。本文为职业院校主导的市域产教联合人才培养提供了理论支持与实践指导。

Abstract: With the development of the education industry, vocational colleges play an important role in the cultivation of talent. Based on collaborative governance theory, this paper constructs a city-industry-education collaborative model for sports talent development. The model promotes resource sharing, demand alignment, and long-term cooperation mechanisms through deep col-laboration between local governments, vocational colleges, and the education industry, aiming to enhance talent development quality and employment adaptability. The study shows that the model can effectively improve resource utilization efficiency and strengthen the alignment be-tween education and industry, but still faces challenges such as insufficient cooperation depth and imperfect interest coordination mechanisms. This paper provides theoretical support and practical guidance for vocational colleges-driven city-industry-education collaborative sports talent development.
