数字时代老年群体精神文化需求的适配路径研究

Research on Adaptation Paths of the Elderly Group’s Spiritual and Cultural Needs in the Digital Age

摘要: 随着我国人口老龄化进程的加速与数字技术的全面普及，老年群体的精神文化需求呈现出多元化、品质化、数字化的新特征，但其需求满足仍面临数字鸿沟、供给失衡、服务适配不足等突出问题。本文基于积极老龄化理论、数字包容理论与需求层次理论，系统剖析数字时代老年群体精神文化需求的内涵演变、发展现状与现实困境，聚焦于需求与供给之间的结构性矛盾，从数字素养提升、供给体系优化、服务模式创新、政策保障强化、基础设施完善五个维度，提出具有针对性的适配路径。研究旨在破解老年群体在数字时代精神文化生活中的参与障碍，推动精神文化服务与老年群体需求精准对接，助力积极老龄化战略实施，为构建老年友好型社会提供理论支撑与实践参考。

Abstract: With the acceleration of China's population aging process and the comprehensive popularization of digital technology, the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly group have shown new characteristics of diversification, quality-oriented and digitalization. However, the satisfaction of their needs still faces prominent problems such as the digital divide, unbalanced supply and inadequate service adaptation. Based on the theories of active aging, digital inclusion and hierarchy of needs, this paper systematically analyzes the connotation evolution, development status and practical dilemmas of the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly group in the digital age. Focusing on the structural contradictions between supply and demand, it proposes targeted adaptation paths from five dimensions: improving digital literacy, optimizing the supply system, innovating service models, strengthening policy guarantees, and improving infrastructure. The research aims to break down the participation barriers of the elderly in spiritual and cultural life in the digital age, promote the precise connection between spiritual and cultural services and the needs of the elderly group, assist in the implementation of the active aging strategy, and provide theoretical support and practical reference for building an elderly-friendly society.
