科研训练融入《生物统计学》课程教学实践研究——面向毕业论文实验设计的任务链式改革

摘要: 为解决《生物统计学》课程中知识会算但难以用于科研的突出问题,本研究以科研训练–课程学习–毕业论文应用贯通为目标,构建并实施了科研训练融入式教学模式。该模式将数据收集与管理、图表规范与可视化、科学前沿与文献汇报、统计推断与实验设计训练嵌入课程全过程,形成了“问题提出–文献证据–实验设计–数据获取–统计分析–图表表达–学术写作与汇报”任务链条。教学实践表明:学生能够在毕业论文阶段将课程知识点(如方差分析、假设检验、正交试验设计、线性回归分析等)直接用于实验的设计与数据处理;同时在教师指导下形成科研成果,包括撰写论文、立项省级大学生创新创业实践项目等。研究结果表明,以科研真实流程为主线构建可操作的训练模块与评价体系,能够有效提升《生物统计学》课程知识向科研实践的迁移水平,并强化学生的科研产出能力。
Abstract: To address the prominent issue that knowledge in the Biostatistics course often remains applicable only to calculations rather than practical scientific research, this study aimed to integrate scientific research training, course learning, and thesis application into a cohesive framework. An embedded scientific research training teaching model was constructed and implemented. This model incorporates data collection and management, standardized graphing and visualization, exposure to scientific frontiers and literature presentation, as well as training in statistical inference and experimental design throughout the entire course. It forms a task chain encompassing “question posing, literature evidence, experimental design, data acquisition, statistical analysis, graphical presentation, academic writing and presentation”. Teaching practice has demonstrated that students could directly apply course knowledge (e.g., ANOVA, hypothesis testing, orthogonal experimental design, linear regression analysis) to the design and data processing of their graduation thesis experiments. Furthermore, under instructors’ guidance, students achieved scientific research outcomes, including manuscript writing and securing provincial-level Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice Program grants. The findings indicate that constructing operable training modules and evaluation systems around authentic research processes can effectively enhance the transfer of Biostatistics knowledge to scientific practice and strengthen students’ ability to produce research outputs.
