Recurrence of Pelvic Disseminated Leiomyosarcoma Following Hysterectomy for Uterine Leiomyoma of Uncertain Malignant Potential: A Case Report

摘要: 目的：探讨恶性潜能未定的子宫平滑肌瘤(STUMP)子宫切除术后发生盆腔播散性平滑肌肉瘤的治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析1例STUMP子宫切除术后复发盆腔播散性平滑肌肉瘤患者的临床资料，并复习相关文献，对STUMP复发的临床表现、诊疗要点进行了探讨。结果：术后病理提示盆腔肿物考虑为深部软组织平滑肌肉瘤(LMS)。结论：STUMP术后需严密规律随访，以便及时干预以改善预后。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the therapeutic management of pelvic disseminated leiomyosarcoma (LMS) developing subsequent to hysterectomy for uterine leiomyoma of uncertain malignant potential (STUMP). Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of one patient with recurrent pelvic disseminated LMS after STUMP-related hysterectomy, combined with a review of relevant literature, to investigate the clinical manifestations and core diagnostic and therapeutic considerations of STUMP recurrence. Results: Postoperative pathological findings confirmed the pelvic mass as deep soft tissue LMS. Conclusion: Intensive and regular follow-up is mandatory after STUMP surgery to facilitate prompt intervention and optimize clinical prognosis.
