Exploration of the Practical Path of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities under the Guidance of the New Development Philosophy

摘要: 新发展理念作为引领我国经济社会发展新常态的创新性理念，与高校思想政治教育之间具有理论关联与融合的内在逻辑，对高校思想政治教育具有独特的引领价值，为高校思想政治教育应对现实困境提供了系统的理论指引与实践路径，从聚焦创新驱动思政教育内容方法的迭代更新，强化协调构建大思政协同育人格局与合力，涵育绿色着力营造持续发展的思政育人生态，拓展开放提升思政教育国际视野与对话能力，落实共享促进受教育者自由而全面的发展这五个维度协同发力，共同推动高校思想政治教育实现内涵式发展，切实提升育人实效。

Abstract: As an innovative guiding principle for navigating the new normal of China’s economic and social development, the new development philosophy shares an inherent logic of theoretical connection and integration with ideological and political education (IPE) in institutions of higher education. It holds unique guiding value for college IPE, offering systematic theoretical direction and practical pathways to address the practical dilemmas confronting college IPE. By synergizing efforts across five dimensions—focusing on innovation to drive iterative renewal of IPE’s content and methodologies; strengthening coordination to construct a collaborative “comprehensive IPE” framework and cohesive educational forces; fostering green development to build a sustainable IPE ecosystem; expanding openness to enhance IPE’s international perspective and cross-cultural dialogue capacity; and advancing shared development to promote the free and all-round development of educated individuals—this philosophy collectively propels college IPE toward connotative development and effectively elevates the substantive effectiveness of moral education.
