基于以美育人视角推进高职辅导员思政工作路径探析
An Exploration of the Paths to Promote Ideological and Political Work of Higher Vocational College Counselors from the Perspective of Education through Aesthetics
摘要: 在“五育并举”战略背景下,美育是落实“立德树人”根本任务的关键路径。本文聚焦高职辅导员这一思政工作关键主体,直面其在美育融合实践中面临的资源碎片化、方法单一化与素养能力错配等现实困境,构建并提出“目标–主体–载体–机制”四维融合路径模型。该模型以辅导员角色从“事务管理者”向“美育引导者”的系统性进化为核心,强调通过价值锚定、能力赋能、场景浸润与协同保障,推动美育与思政教育从机械叠加走向有机融合。研究不仅为高职辅导员提供了可操作、可推广的实践框架,更通过机制维度设计,为构建美育思政长效育人生态提供了制度性支撑,助力高素质技术技能人才培养目标的实现。
Abstract: The strategic backdrop of the Simultaneous Promotion of the Five Educations, aesthetic education serves as a pivotal path to fulfill the fundamental task of Establishing Morality and Fostering Talents. Focusing on higher vocational college counselors—the core subject of ideological and political work—this paper directly addresses the practical predicaments they face in the integration practice of aesthetic education, such as fragmented resources, simplified methods, and a mismatch between professional literacy and practical capabilities. It constructs and proposes the four-dimensional integrated path model of “Goal-Subject-Carrier-Mechanism”. Centered on the systematic evolution of counselors’ role from “administrative managers” to “aesthetic education guides”, the model emphasizes promoting the shift of the combination of aesthetic education and ideological and political education from mechanical superposition to organic integration through value anchoring, capacity empowerment, immersive scenario-based education and collaborative guarantee. This research not only provides an operable and promotable practical framework for higher vocational college counselors, but also offers institutional support for constructing a long-term educational ecology of ideological and political education integrated with aesthetic education through the design of the mechanism dimension, thus facilitating the achievement of the training objective of high-quality technical and skilled talents.
