中老年住院患者血浆致动脉硬化指数与 骨质疏松的相关性研究

摘要: 目的:探讨中老年人群血浆致动脉硬化指数(AIP)与骨密度及骨质疏松的相关性。方法:随机抽取2023年10月至2024年09月到重庆医科大学附属永川医院的中老年住院患者327例为研究对象,根据WHO制定的骨质疏松症诊断标准将患者分为骨密度正常(88例)、骨密度减少(113例)及骨质疏松组(126例),比较各组患者一般资料和主要生化指标,计算AIP。使用SPSS26.0统计软件进行数据分析,组间比较使用Kruskal-Wallis H检验,采用Spearman相关性分析探讨骨质疏松与各指标的相关性,采用logistic回归分析探讨发生骨质疏松的危险因素。结果:年龄与骨质疏松的发生呈正相关(P < 0.05);身高、体重、BMI、空腹血糖、甘油三酯、AIP、尿酸与骨质疏松的发生呈负相关(P < 0.05),女性相较于男性患者更容易发生骨质疏松;AIP是影响患者骨密度的独立危险因子(P < 0.05)。结论:中老年住院患者AIP与骨质疏松之间存在相关性,低水平AIP是发生骨质疏松的重要危险因素。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the correlation between the atherogenic index of plasma (AIP) and bone mineral density (BMD) as well as osteoporosis (OP) in middle-aged and elderly populations. Methods: A total of 327 middle-aged and elderly inpatients admitted to Yongchuan Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University from October 2023 to September 2024 were randomly selected as research subjects. According to the diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis formulated by the WHO, the patients were divided into three groups: normal BMD group (88 cases), osteopenia group (113 cases), and osteoporosis group (126 cases). General data and main biochemical indicators of patients in each group were compared, and AIP was calculated. SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used for data analysis. Kruskal-Wallis H test was applied for intergroup comparisons, Spearman correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between osteoporosis and various indicators, and logistic regression analysis was performed to identify the risk factors for osteoporosis. Results: Age was positively correlated with the occurrence of osteoporosis (P < 0.05); height, weight, BMI, fasting blood glucose, triglycerides (TG), AIP, and uric acid were negatively correlated with the occurrence of osteoporosis (P < 0.05). Female patients were more prone to osteoporosis than male patients. AIP was an independent risk factor affecting patients’ bone mineral density (P < 0.05). Conclusion: There is a correlation between the atherogenic index of plasma (AIP) and osteoporosis in middle‑aged and elderly hospitalized patients, and a low AIP level is an important risk factor for the development of osteoporosis.
