“大先生”视域下发展型资助的育人机理研究——以工科新生的学业困难与发展赋能为例
The Research on the Educational Mechanism of Developmental Funding from the Perspective of “Great Teacher” —Taking Academic Difficulty and Development Empowerment of Freshmen in Engineering as an Example
摘要: 在“大先生”育人理念的指引下,高校学生资助工作正经历从“保障型”向“发展型”的深刻转型。本文旨在追踪资助育人理念的演进,揭示其从“经济解困”到“全面发展”的核心目标变迁。聚焦工科大一新生这一特殊群体,通过一线辅导员的工作反思,剖析新生在适应期面临的认知、心理与发展困境。在此基础上,深入探讨发展型资助与“五育融合”、终身学习理念及学习共同体的内在关联,论证构建以受助学生为核心的“资助–成长–回馈”动态闭环的必要性。最终提出,应以系统思维构建融合经济帮扶、能力拓展、价值引领与共同体支持的发展型资助育人新模式,真正实现“应助尽助”到“应育尽育”的跃升,为培养可堪大任的时代新人奠基。
Abstract: Guided by the educational philosophy of “Great Educators”, university student financial aid programs are undergoing a profound transformation from a “protection-oriented” to a “development-oriented” approach. This study traces the evolution of financial aid education concepts, revealing their core shift from “economic relief” to “holistic development”. Focusing on freshmen in engineering disciplines, the research analyzes cognitive, psychological, and developmental challenges faced during their adaptation period through frontline counselors’ reflections. Building on this foundation, it explores the intrinsic connections between development-oriented financial aid and the “Five-Education Integration”, lifelong learning concepts, and learning communities. The study argues for establishing a dynamic closed-loop system centered on students, encompassing “aid-growth-feedback” interactions. Ultimately, it proposes a systematic approach to create a new development-oriented financial aid model that integrates economic support, skill expansion, value guidance, and community collaboration. This model aims to achieve a leap from “assisting all who need help” to “educating all who deserve it”, laying the groundwork for nurturing capable individuals ready to shoulder the responsibilities of our era.
