大学生“躺平”心态的生成逻辑、心理本质及其价值引导
The Generation Logic, Psychological Essence, and Value Guidance of College Students’ “Lying Flat” Mentality
摘要: 社会“内卷”产生的压力,家庭的期望传导与高校的绩点导向,个体生命意义感的缺失都使得青年学生选择“躺平”心态,探究其心理本质源于需要层次固着、无助心理形成以及效能感知低下。研究提出引导认知重构,帮助学生正确认识自我与解读压力;激发内生动力,助力学生重建意义感与效能感;营造支持环境,打造正向网络生态与朋辈互助氛围等价值引导措施,从而引导学生树立积极心态与助力其成长成才。
Abstract: The pressure stemming from social “involution”, the transmission of family expectations, and the grade-point-oriented culture in universities, coupled with the absence of a sense of meaning in individual lives, have led young students to adopt a “lying flat” mentality. Exploring its psychological essence reveals that it originates from fixed needs hierarchy, the formation of helplessness, and low self-efficacy perception. The study proposes value-guided measures such as guiding cognitive reconstruction to help students correctly understand themselves and interpret stress; stimulating endogenous motivation to assist students in rebuilding a sense of meaning and self-efficacy; and creating a supportive environment to foster a positive online ecology and peer-support atmosphere, thereby guiding students to establish a positive mindset and aiding their growth and development.
