基于CiteSpace的我国高职护理人文研究可视化分析

摘要: 目的:通过分析我国高职护理人文相关研究,了解当前我国高职护理人文研究热点及趋势,为高职院校提升护理专业学生人文素养和人文关怀能力提供参考。方法:以CNKI、VIP、万方、中国生物医学文献服务系统数据库为文献来源,检索有关高职护理人文的文献,经过筛选后,将最终纳入文献导入CiteSpace 6.4.R1软件对文献发文作者、发文机构、关键词进行可视化呈现。结果:检索最终获得文献2369篇,最终纳入1222篇分析,关键词聚类主要包括课程思政、人文关怀、护理教育,关键词突现中近几年主要关注课程思政、老年护理、叙事教育话题。结论:我国高职护理人文相关研究整体呈现上升趋势,文献作者间、机构间合作有待进一步加强,目前,高职护理人文研究可关注课程思政融合叙事教育、关注老年护理方向的教育教学改革和护理人文素质的培养。
Abstract: Objective: By analyzing research on humanities in higher vocational nursing in China, we aim to understand the current research hotspots and trends in this field, providing a reference for higher vocational colleges to enhance the humanistic qualities and humanitarian care abilities of nursing students. Methods: Using CNKI, VIP, Wanfang, and the China Biomedical Literature Service System database as literature sources, literature related to humanistic care in higher vocational nursing was retrieved. After screening, the final selected literature was imported into CiteSpace 6.4.R1 software to visually present the authors, institutions, and keywords of the publications. Results: A total of 396 literatures were obtained, and 123 literatures were finally included. A total of 2369 articles were retrieved, of which 1222 were ultimately included in the analysis. Keyword clustering mainly included ideological and political education in courses, humanistic care, and nursing education. Keyword emergence in recent years has mainly focused on ideological and political education in courses, elderly care, and narrative education topics. Conclusion: Overall, research on humanities in vocational nursing in China shows an upward trend. Collaboration among authors and institutions still needs to be further strengthened. Currently, research on humanities in vocational nursing can focus on integrating ideological and political education into curricula through narrative education, educational reforms in elderly care, and the cultivation of humanistic qualities in nursing.
