德才兼备:基于文本分析的新时代大学生通用素质模型
Virtue and Talent Combined: A Text Analysis-Based General Competency Model for College Students in the New Era
摘要: 文章运用文本分析方法研究新时代大学生通用素质模型。通过采集国务院官网、央广网、求是网等官方平台的资料,共获取《教育强国建设规划纲要(2024~2035年)》等24篇政策文件、领导人讲话原文及权威解读文章、代表性企业招聘简章。为了增强模型的全面性和有效性,纳入企业招聘手册,整合“最美大学生”典型案例与国内顶尖大学多个专业本科培养方案,形成“政策文本 + 市场需求 + 实践标杆”的三角互证体系。通过文本编码、词频统计与主题聚类提炼出新时代大学生素质的四大核心维度。其中,思想品德维度涵盖家国情怀、理想信念、奋斗精神等要素,核心能力素养维度聚焦创新实践、数字素养、国际视野等,跨学科学识素养维度强调跨学科融合、科学素养与人文底蕴,身心发展素养维度包含心理韧性、劳动素养、美育素养等基础素质。
Abstract: This paper employs the method of text analysis to study the general quality model for contemporary college students. By collecting data from official platforms such as the official website of the State Council, China National Radio Network, and Qiushi Network, a total of 24 policy documents, original speeches by leaders, and authoritative interpretation articles, including the “Plan Outline for the Construction of an Educational Powerhouse (2024~2035)”, were obtained. To enhance the comprehensiveness and effectiveness of the model, we will incorporate enterprise recruitment brochures, integrate typical cases of “Most Beautiful College Students” and the multi-disciplinary undergraduate training programs of top domestic universities, and form a triangular mutual verification system of “policy documents + market demands + practical benchmarks”. Through text encoding, word frequency statistics, and topic clustering, the four core dimensions of the qualities of contemporary college students were extracted. Among them, the thought and morality dimension encompasses elements such as patriotism, ideals and beliefs, and the spirit of striving. The dimension of core competency focuses on innovation and practice, digital literacy, and international perspectives. The dimension of interdisciplinary academic literacy emphasizes interdisciplinary integration, scientific literacy, and a humanistic background. The dimension of physical and mental developmental literacy includes basic qualities such as psychological resilience, labor literacy, and aesthetic education literacy.
