摘要: 目的:探讨血脂水平及NLR、PLR与胃息肉发生的相关性及其联合检测的预测价值。方法:选取安徽医科大学第四附属医院2022年1~2025年4月收治的100例胃息肉患者为研究对象。检测患者血清血脂、NLR及PLR水平;对患者进行胃镜检查并行内镜下黏膜切除术,根据息肉病理学检测诊断为胃息肉。选取安徽医科大学第四附属医院体检中心2025年1月~12月130例非胃息肉患者。比较两组患者一般资料及血脂水平、NLR、PIR水平,采用受试者工作特征曲线分析影响因素的诊断价值。结果:胃息肉实验组与健康对照组之间在BMI、TC、TG、LDL-C、NLR、PLR之间差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:血脂水平及NLR、PLR在胃息肉的检出中具有积极意义,且血脂水平、NLR、PLR联合检测可以提高胃息肉的诊断效能。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the correlation between blood lipid levels, neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), and the occurrence of gastric polyps, and to evaluate the predictive value of their combined detection. Methods: A total of 100 patients with gastric polyps treated at the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2022 to April 2025 were selected as the study subjects. Serum blood lipid levels, NLR, and PLR were measured. All patients underwent gastroscopy and endoscopic mucosal resection, with gastric polyps confirmed by pathological examination. Additionally, 130 non-gastric polyp individuals from the Health Examination Center of the same hospital between January and December 2025 were selected as the control group. General data, blood lipid levels, NLR, and PLR were compared between the two groups. The diagnostic value of relevant factors was analyzed using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves. Results: Statistical analysis indicated that there were statistically significant differences (P < 0.05) between the gastric polyp group and the healthy control group in terms of body mass index (BMI), total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), neutrophillymphocyte ratio (NLR), and platelet-lymphocyte ratio (PLR). Conclusion: Blood lipid levels, NLR, and PLR are positively associated with the detection of gastric polyps. Combined detection of these indicators can improve the diagnostic efficacy for gastric polyps.
