新时代大中小学思政课一体化教学的价值意蕴、现实挑战与实践进路
The Value Implication, Practical Challenges, and Implementation Paths of the Integrated Teaching of Ideological and Political Courses across Universities, Secondary, and Primary Schools in the New Era
摘要: 思想政治理论课是深化教育教学改革、培养社会主义建设者和接班人的重要课程。新时代背景下,思政课在各学段的核心作用日益凸显,推进大中小学思政课一体化教学,对于落实立德树人根本任务,有效衔接课堂教学与实践教学,推动思政课教学质量内涵式发展具有重大意义。然而,大中小学一体化教学仍面临教学协同机制虚化、教师素养结构失衡、一体化教学内容脱节、评价体系导向偏移等现实挑战。基于此,探讨一体化教学的实践进路尤为重要,需在强化顶层设计与统筹推进基础上,着力构建多元主体协同参与格局,系统规划并有机衔接各学段教学内容,健全教师一体化培养与发展体系,深化教学评价机制改革,以更好地发挥思政教育的育人实效,为全面推进社会主义现代化建设锻造优秀人才。
Abstract: The ideological and political theory course is a vital component in deepening educational and teaching reforms and cultivating socialist builders and successors. In the context of the new era, the pivotal role of these courses across all educational stages has become increasingly prominent. Promoting the integrated teaching of ideological and political courses from universities through secondary and primary schools is of great significance for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, effectively linking classroom instruction with practical teaching, and driving the connotative development of teaching quality. However, this integrated teaching model still faces practical challenges such as the nominalization of collaborative teaching mechanisms, imbalances in teachers’ competence structures, disconnections in the content across different stages, and misalignments in evaluation system orientations. Based on this, exploring the implementation paths for integrated teaching is particularly crucial. It is necessary to strengthen top-level design and coordinated advancement, focus on building a collaborative framework involving multiple stakeholders, systematically planning and organically connecting the teaching content across different stages, improving the integrated cultivation and development system for teachers, and deepening the reform of teaching evaluation mechanisms. These efforts aim to better leverage the educational effectiveness of ideological and political education and forge outstanding talents for the comprehensive advancement of socialist modernization.
