企业员工对AI数字员工的接受机制研究
A Study on the Acceptance Mechanism of AI Digital Employees among Corporate Staff
摘要: 本文基于扩展的技术接受模型,探讨了企业员工对AI数字员工的接受机制。研究引入“双焦虑”与“社会–组织”变量,通过对400份问卷的结构方程模型分析发现:(1) 感知有用性与易用性正向影响使用意愿;(2) 技术能力焦虑负向影响感知易用性,但焦虑对使用意愿的直接负面影响不显著;(3) 主观规范与企业支持显著提升使用意愿并缓解焦虑。研究认为,组织强制性与主观规范可能解释了焦虑为何不直接抑制使用意愿,为AI推广策略提供了理论支持与实践启示。
Abstract: This study examines the acceptance mechanism of AI-powered digital employees among corporate staff through an extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Incorporating dual anxiety constructs and socio-organizational variables, the research analyzes 400 valid questionnaires using structural equation modeling. The results indicate that: (1) Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use exert significant positive effects on behavioral intention; (2) Technical capability anxiety negatively influences perceived ease of use, yet demonstrates no statistically significant direct effect on usage intention; (3) Subjective norms and organizational support substantially enhance behavioral intention while effectively alleviating anxiety. The findings suggest that institutional mandates and normative pressures may counteract anxiety’s inhibitory effect, providing theoretical foundations and managerial implications for AI adoption strategies in organizational contexts.
