山东省德州市香椿产业发展现状、问题及对策研究

Research on the Present Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Xiangchun Industry in Dezhou City, Shandong Province

摘要: 本文以德州市“槐里香椿”产业为研究对象，采用实地调研、比较分析、交流访谈等研究方法，探讨该产业高质量发展过程中面临的品牌建设不足、产业链不完善、三产融合不足等现实挑战，分析制约产业发展的核心症结，得出需通过强化政府引导、加强品牌保护、推广现代种植技术稳定产能、引入加工企业延伸产业链、挖掘产品附加值、深化“文化 + 香椿”融合模式等系统性策略提升产业核心竞争力的结论，为促进“槐里香椿”产业复兴提供实践依据。

Abstract: This article takes the “Huaili Toona sinensis” industry in Dezhou City as the research object. By using research methods such as on-site investigation, comparative analysis, and communication interviews, it explores the practical challenges faced by the industry in its high-quality development process, including insufficient brand building, incomplete industrial chain, and insufficient integration of the three industries. It analyzes the core issues restricting the development of the industry and concludes that systematic strategies such as strengthening government guidance, enhancing brand protection, promoting modern planting techniques to stabilize production capacity, introducing processing enterprises to extend the industrial chain, exploring the added value of products, and deepening the “culture + Toona sinensis” integration model are needed to enhance the core competitiveness of the industry. This provides practical basis for promoting the revival of the “Huaili Toona sinensis” industry.
