城市社区老年家庭智慧养老服务的现状、问题与对策研究

Research on the Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Smart Elderly Care Services for Elderly Families in Urban Communities

摘要: 现如今信息技术飞速发展，信息更新迭代速率持续加快，智慧养老作为养老服务业的新兴模式，日益受到社会各界的广泛关注。本文聚焦城市社区老年家庭，深入剖析我国城市社区居家智慧养老服务的发展现状与现存问题，并提出针对性优化对策。当前我国城市社区居家智慧养老服务仍存在诸多短板，主要体现为服务形式单一、老年人对智慧养老模式的认同度低、医疗配套服务供给不足等。针对上述问题，本文从提升老年人智慧养老认同度、完善医疗服务与技术支撑体系、强化高素质专业人才引育等方面提出相应对策建议，以期加快推进我国智慧养老事业的可持续发展。

Abstract: Nowadays, information technology is developing rapidly with an accelerating pace of information renewal and iteration. As an emerging model in the elderly care service industry, smart elderly care has increasingly attracted extensive attention from all sectors of society. Focusing on elderly families in urban communities, this paper deeply analyzes the current development status and existing problems of home-based smart elderly care services in urban communities of China, and puts forward targeted optimization countermeasures. At present, there are still many shortcomings in the development of home-based smart elderly care services in urban communities in China, which are mainly reflected in the single form of service, low recognition of the smart elderly care model among the elderly, and insufficient supply of supporting medical services. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of enhancing the elderly’s recognition of smart elderly care, improving the medical service and technical support system, and strengthening the introduction and cultivation of high-quality professionals, so as to accelerate the sustainable development of China’s smart elderly care industry.
