高职院校通识教育实现育人目标的探索——以北京农业职业学院为例

An Exploration of Achieving Educational Goals through General Education in Higher Vocational Colleges—Taking Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture as an Example

摘要: 高职院校的育人目标是培养高质量技术技能人才的重要基地，不仅是提升学生的专业技能，更重要的是培养学生的综合素养和可持续发展能力。本文通过探讨通识教育的内涵与育人目标之间的内在联系，探索通识教育实现育人目标的有效途径，为提升高职院校通识教育质量、高职院校开展实现人才培养目标提供指导策略。

Abstract: Higher vocational colleges are important bases for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled personnel. This involves not only improving students’ professional skills but, more importantly, cultivating their comprehensive qualities and sustainable development capabilities. This paper explores the intrinsic connection between the connotation of general education and its educational goals, and investigates effective ways to achieve these goals. It provides guidance and strategies for improving the quality of general education in higher vocational colleges and for higher vocational colleges to achieve their talent cultivation objectives.
