抗车辙剂改性AC-20改性沥青混合料路用性能评价与应用
Evaluation and Application of Road Performance of AC-20 Modified Asphalt Mixture with Anti-Rutting Agent
摘要: 依托沿江通道浦东段(越江段–五洲大道)工程高速公路主线附属工程,通过分析原材、配合比设计,设计掺抗车辙剂改性AC-20沥青混合料,根据工程技术要求,对比分析掺加抗车辙剂改性AC-20沥青混合料和基质沥青AC-20沥青混合料技术指标。施工结束后对掺抗车辙剂AC-20沥青混合料应用效果进行检测和质量评价。结果表明掺加抗车辙剂能显著提高沥青混合料的高温性能,且不影响沥青混合料的低温性能和水稳定性。
Abstract: Relying on the auxiliary engineering of the main line of the expressway in the Pudong section (Cross-river section-Wuzhou Avenue) of the Riverside Passage Project, an anti-rutting agent modified AC-20 asphalt mixture was designed through the analysis of raw materials and mix proportion design. According to the engineering technical requirements, the technical indicators of the anti-rutting agent modified AC-20 asphalt mixture and the base asphalt AC-20 asphalt mixture were compared and analyzed. After construction, the application effect of the anti-rutting agent modified AC-20 asphalt mixture was tested and its quality was evaluated. The results show that the addition of anti-rutting agent can significantly improve the high-temperature performance of the asphalt mixture without affecting its low-temperature performance and water stability.
