护理干预对老年膀胱肿瘤患者电切术后生活 质量和依从性的影响

The Impact of Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life and Compliance of Elderly Patients with Bladder Tumor after Transurethral Resection

摘要: 目的：分析研究在行膀胱肿瘤电切术的老年患者护理中应用临床护理干预对患者生活治疗和依从性的影响。方法：本次研究纳入对象的例数为120例，患者的纳入时间为2022年6月~2025年6月，所有患者均行膀胱肿瘤电切术。将患者按照不同护理方式分成两组，各组人数为60例。对照组应用常规护理，观察组应用临床护理干预。对两组患者的生活质量、依从性及并发症发生率。结果：干预前，两组患者生活质量评分对比(P > 0.05)；干预后，观察组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P < 0.05)；干预前，两组患者依从性对比(P > 0.05)；干预后，观察组依从性高于对照组(P < 0.05)；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论：对老年膀胱肿瘤电切术患者应用临床护理干预效果显著，可有效提高患者的生活质量和依从性，值得推广。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze and study the effect of clinical nursing intervention on the quality of life and compliance of elderly patients undergoing transurethral resection of bladder tumor. Methods: A total of 120 patients were included in this study from June 2022 to June 2025. All patients underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumor. Patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods, with 60 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received clinical nursing intervention. The quality of life, compliance and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results: Before intervention, there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups (P > 0.05); after intervention, the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Before intervention, there was no significant difference in compliance between the two groups (P > 0.05); after intervention, the compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of clinical nursing intervention in elderly patients with bladder tumor after transurethral resection is effective, which can effectively improve the quality of life and compliance of patients, and is worthy of promotion.
