毕业实习、毕业设计/论文、就业一体化培养模式初探

A Preliminary Study on the Integrated Training Mode of Graduation Internship, Graduation Design/Thesis and Employment

摘要: 在当前高等教育深化改革与产业升级转型的双重背景下，传统培养模式中毕业实习、毕业设计(论文)与就业环节往往相互脱节，导致学生实践能力不足、就业竞争力不强、人才培养与社会需求错位等问题。本文结合教学实践，探讨以学生发展为中心，构建毕业实习、毕业设计(论文)与就业三者有机融合的一体化培养模式，旨在提升学生的综合实践能力、创新能力和就业质量，为应用型人才培养提供可操作的路径参考。

Abstract: Under the background of deepening reform of higher education and industrial upgrading, the graduation practice, graduation design/thesis and employment in traditional training mode are often disconnected, which leads to the problems of insufficient practical ability, weak employment competitiveness, and the misalignment between talent training and social demand. Combining with teaching practice, this paper constructed an integrated training mode with the focus on the development of students, which integrates the graduation practice, graduation design/thesis and employment. This paper aims to improve the students’ comprehensive practical ability, innovation ability and employment quality. This work provides a feasible path for the training of practical talents.
