文成县农家乐(民宿)发展现状及对策

Development Status and Countermeasures of Agritourism (Homestay) in Wencheng County

摘要: 在我国乡村振兴战略的推进与指导下，农家乐(民宿)作为乡村生活与旅游体验深度融合的新兴业态，已成为文成县推动乡村产业革新、促进农民增收、加速城乡融合的关键驱动力之一。当前，该产业应紧跟国家战略与社会经济发展的步伐，朝着更高质量、更具特色的方向前进。文章以文成县农家乐作为研究对象，对其发展现状与特点展开系统梳理，明确问题与不足，进而总结对策，以期为区域乡村产业的可持续发展提供参考。

Abstract: Driven and guided by China’s rural revitalization strategy, agritourism (homestays), as an emerging industry integrating rural living with tourism experiences, has become one of the key driving forces for Wencheng County in promoting rural industrial innovation, increasing farmers’ income, and accelerating urban-rural integration. At present, this industry should keep pace with national strategies and socioeconomic development, and move toward higher quality and more distinctive development. Taking agritourism in Wencheng County as the research object, this paper systematically sorts out its development status and characteristics, identifies existing problems and deficiencies, and then summarizes corresponding countermeasures, so as to provide references for the sustainable development of the regional rural industry.
