马克思主义视域下“积极老龄化”的理论溯源与时代内涵

Theoretical Origins and Contemporary Connotations of “Active Aging” from the Perspective of Marxism

摘要: 全球人口老龄化不再是单一的人口结构问题，成为关乎经济社会发展、影响民生福祉的综合性社会问题。积极老龄化理念为老龄社会的治理提供了重要实践指引。本文立足马克思主义理论视角，以唯物史观、人的全面发展理论以及共同体思想为支撑，系统梳理积极老龄化的理论源头。在此基础上，阐释新时代积极老龄化在权利保障、价值重塑、多元治理、协同发展四个维度的时代内涵，为积极老龄化的理论深化与实践创新筑牢学理根基，助力老龄社会的高质量建设与发展。

Abstract: Global population aging is no longer merely a single structural issue of population, but has become a comprehensive social problem bearing on economic and social development and affecting people’s well-being. The concept of active aging provides important practical guidance for the governance of an aging society. This article is based on the perspective of Marxist theory, supported by Historical Materialism, the theory of comprehensive human development, and the Community ideology, to systematically sort out the theoretical origins of active aging. On this basis, the connotation of the new era’s active aging in terms of rights protection, value reshaping, diversified governance, and coordinated development is elaborated, laying a solid theoretical foundation for the theoretical deepening and practical innovation of active aging, and assisting in the high-quality construction and development of an aging society.
