摘要: 人口老龄化背景下，新时代青年养老观的塑造直接关系到积极应对人口老龄化国家战略的落地成效，也影响着青年自身的人生规划与社会代际和谐。马克思主义价值观作为科学的思想体系，其蕴含的人民中心、人的全面发展、劳动价值与社会共同体思想，为青年养老观培育提供了理论根基和实践遵循。本文基于马克思主义价值观的核心要义，运用唯物史观剖析新时代青年养老观的现状特征、培育困境及深层社会经济根源，探索契合时代要求的青年养老观培育路径，旨在引导青年树立科学、积极、负责任的养老观，实现个人发展与社会养老事业发展的同频共振。

Abstract: In the context of population aging, the shaping of the elderly care perspective among young people in the new era is directly related to the effectiveness of implementing the national strategy to actively respond to population aging. It also affects the life planning of young people themselves and intergenerational social harmony. As a scientific ideological system, Marxist values embody the ideas of people-centeredness, comprehensive human development, labor value, and social community, providing a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for cultivating the elderly care perspective among young people. Based on the core essence of Marxist values, this article employs historical materialism to analyze the current characteristics, cultivation difficulties, and deep socio-economic roots of the elderly care perspective among young people in the new era. It explores cultivation paths for the elderly care perspective among young people that meet the requirements of the times, aiming to guide young people to establish a scientific, positive, and responsible elderly care perspective, and achieve resonance between personal development and the development of social elderly care.
