摘要: 人口老龄化是贯穿中国式现代化全过程的基本国情，也是推进这一进程必须统筹应对的重大课题。当前，我国人口老龄化正步入加速发展阶段，积极回应这一时代命题既是党治国理政需要着力破解的重要任务，更是检验国家治理体系和治理能力现代化水平的关键标尺。本文立足这一现实背景，系统梳理人口老龄化社会治理的内在逻辑，深入剖析当前老龄社会治理面临的实际难题，探索符合中国式现代化发展要求的实践路径，以期为构建中国特色老龄社会治理体系、推动老龄事业高质量发展提供理论参考与实践借鉴。

Abstract: Population aging is the basic national condition throughout the whole process of Chinese path to modernization, and it is also a major issue that must be addressed as a whole to promote this process. At present, China’s aging population is entering an accelerated development stage. Actively responding to this era proposition is not only an important task that the Party needs to focus on solving in governing the country, but also a key benchmark for testing the modernization level of the national governance system and governance capacity. Based on this realistic background, this paper systematically combs the internal logic of social governance of population aging, deeply analyzes the practical problems faced by current social governance of aging, and explores the practical path that meets the requirements of Chinese path to modernization development, in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for building a governance system of aging society with Chinese characteristics and promoting the high-quality development of aging cause.
