农村老龄化背景下智慧养老服务的落地障碍与推进路径研究

Research on the Implementation Obstacles and Promotion Path of Smart Elderly Care Service under the Background of Rural Aging

摘要: 农村人口老龄化程度持续加深与养老服务供给薄弱的矛盾日益凸显，智慧养老成为破解农村养老难题的重要路径。本文基于农村老龄化治理现实需求，梳理智慧养老服务在农村地区的应用现状，从技术适配、资源供给、主体能力、制度保障四个维度剖析其落地障碍，结合农村养老服务的实际场景，探索兼具可行性与针对性的推进路径，为推动智慧养老服务下沉农村、提升农村老龄化治理效能提供实践参考。

Abstract: The growing contradiction between deepening rural population aging and inadequate elderly care services has made smart elderly care a crucial solution to rural aging challenges. Addressing practical needs in rural aging governance, this study examines the current application of smart elderly care services in rural areas. It analyzes implementation barriers across four dimensions: technological compatibility, resource allocation, stakeholder capacity, and institutional safeguards. By integrating real-world scenarios of rural elderly care, the research explores feasible and targeted approaches to promote smart elderly care services in rural areas, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of rural aging governance.
