林火智治在东阳市的创新实践

Intelligent Forest Fire Governance: Innovative Practice in Dongyang City

摘要: 面对森林防火工作的严峻形势，东阳市深化改革，2023年在浙江省率先进行林火智治的创新实践。林火智治是林业数字化改革的典范，通过自动识别烟火报警、热成像火电识别、防扑火信息全要素一张图等高科技智能化技术，提高火灾预防、监测和扑救效率，保护森林资源和生态安全。林火智治小程序可以为护林员工作提供便捷工具，实现日常巡护打卡、隐患上报、火情处置等功能，推动数字林业发展，优化资源配置，促进科学决策。

Abstract: In response to the severe situation of forest fire prevention and control, Dongyang City deepened reform and took the lead in Zhejiang Province in 2023 by carrying out innovative practice in intelligent forest fire governance. Intelligent forest fire governance is a model example of digital reform in forestry. By applying advanced intelligent technologies such as automatic smoke and fire detection and alarm, thermal imaging-based fire source identification, and integrated “one-map” management of all elements related to fire prevention and suppression, it improves the efficiency of fire prevention, monitoring, and firefighting, thus protecting forest resources and ecological security. The intelligent forest fire governance mini-program provides convenient tools for forest rangers, enabling functions such as daily patrol check-in, hazard reporting, and fire incident handling. It promotes the development of digital forestry, optimizes resource allocation, and facilitates scientific decision-making.
