重复经颅磁刺激结合芪红通脑合剂治疗中风后认知障碍的临床分析

摘要: 目的:探析重复经颅磁刺激(Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, rTMS)结合芪红通脑合剂治疗中风后认知障碍(Post-Stroke Cognitive Impairment, PSCI)的临床应用价值。方法:选取2024年9月~2025年7月福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院确诊的60例中风后认知障碍患者,依据随机数字表法将患者分为治疗组及对照组,每组30例,对照组接受常规预防药物干预与重复经颅磁刺激干预疗法,治疗组在对照组干预基础上增加使用芪红通脑合剂;对比分析组间治疗效果。结果:治疗后,治疗组MOCA、MMSE评分高于对照组(P < 0.05);治疗后治疗组BDNF指标高于对照组(P < 0.05);治疗组总有效率占比高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:芪红通脑合剂联合经颅磁刺激治疗可改善PSCI患者的认知功能,升高PSCI患者血清BDNF水平,无明显不良反应,可供临床借鉴。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical application value of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) combined with Qihong Tongnao Mixture in the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment. Methods: From September 2024 to July 2025, 60 patients diagnosed with post-stroke cognitive impairment at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into a treatment group and a control group using the random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received conventional preventive medication and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) therapy, while the treatment group was additionally administered Qihong Tongnao Mixture on top of the control regimen. The therapeutic effects were then compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the MoCA and MMSE scores as well as BDNF levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Furthermore, the total effective rate was also higher in the treatment group, with all differences being statistically significant (all P < 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Qihong Tongnao Mixture with transcranial magnetic stimulation can improve cognitive function in PSCI patients, elevate serum BDNF levels, and demonstrate no significant adverse reactions, thereby offering valuable insights for clinical practice.
