大学生心理健康教育课程线上线下混合教学模式的研究与实践

Research and Practice of Online and Offline Blended Teaching Mode for College Students’ Psychological Health Education Course

摘要: 在“互联网 + 教育”深度融合与“金课”建设背景下，线上线下混合式教学已成为高校课程改革的重要方向。本研究通过分析大学生心理健康教育课程传统线下教学模式和单一线上教学模式存在的困境，探讨混合教学模式的优势和面临的挑战，提出了该模式需遵循的基本原则、教师能力提升路径及具体实施策略，并以“情绪管理与压力应对”主题为例构建完整的教学实施方案。科学构建的混合教学模式能有效融合线上知识传授与线下心理训练，促进理论知识向心理素质的转化，对提升大学生心理健康教育的教学质量具有实践意义，为新时代高校心理健康教育课程改革提供可借鉴的实施路径。

Abstract: Under the background of deep integration of “Internet + Education” and the construction of “Golden Courses”, online and offline blended teaching has become an important direction of curriculum reform in colleges and universities. This study analyzes the existing dilemma of traditional offline teaching mode and single online teaching mode of college students’ health education courses, explores the advantages and challenges of blended teaching mode, and proposes the basic principles that the mode should follow, the paths to improve teachers’ abilities and specific implementation strategies and constructs a complete teaching implementation plan with the theme of “Emotional Management and Stress Response”. The mixed teaching mode which is scientifically constructed can effectively integrate online knowledge imparting with psychological training, promote the transformation from theoretical knowledge to psychological quality, and has practical significance for improving the teaching quality of college students’ psychological health education. It provides an implementable for the reform of psychological health education courses in colleges and universities in the new era.
