“双主体、三协同”:产教融合驱动轨道交通专业学生实践能力提升路径探索

摘要: 为应对轨道交通产业发展对高素质工程技术人才的迫切需求,深化产教融合已成为提升人才培养质量的关键。文章针对当前轨道交通专业人才培养中存在的实践教学与产业需求脱节、校企协同机制不健全等核心问题,构建了“校企双主体驱动,课程、实践、评价三系统协同”(“双主体、三协同”)的育人新模式。该模式强调通过构建权责清晰的校企双主体治理架构奠定制度基石,并系统性地推动课程体系动态对接行业标准、实践教学场景贯通能力生成、评价反馈机制聚焦能力发展。三大系统协同运作,形成以产业需求为牵引的闭环人才培养体系,旨在有效促进学生实践能力的系统性提升,为轨道交通类专业深化教学改革、培养高水平应用技术型人才提供了兼具理论依据与实践价值的路径参考。
Abstract: In response to the urgent demand for high-quality engineering and technical talents driven by the development of the rail transit industry, deepening industry-education integration has become crucial for improving talent cultivation quality. Addressing core issues such as the disconnection between practical teaching and industry needs, as well as the inadequate collaboration mechanisms between universities and enterprises in current rail transit talent training, this paper proposes a new educational model termed “Dual-Subject Driven by Universities and Enterprises, Triple-System Synergy of Curriculum, Practice, and Evaluation” (referred to as “Dual-Subject, Triple-Synergy”). The model emphasizes establishing a clear governance structure with defined rights and responsibilities between universities and enterprises as the institutional foundation. It further promotes the systematic alignment of curriculum systems with industry standards, the integration of practical teaching scenarios to foster competency development, and the focus of evaluation and feedback mechanisms on ability enhancement. The synergistic operation of these three systems forms a closed-loop talent cultivation ecosystem driven by industry needs, aiming to effectively and systematically improve students’ practical abilities. This provides a pathway with both a theoretical basis and practical value for deepening teaching reform and cultivating outstanding engineers in rail transit-related disciplines.
