摘要: 幼儿园代币制作为行为管理工具应用广泛,但教师在实施奖励与惩戒时常陷入“重控制、轻内化”的困境。本研究旨在系统梳理代币制的心理机制,揭示其优势与风险,并提出科学、伦理化的实施策略。本文采用文献研究法,整合国内外关于奖惩机制、代币制、自我决定理论、行为主义强化理论的核心文献,分析代币制在幼儿园行为干预中的典型应用案例。研究结果发现,代币制在塑造幼儿规则行为、培养延迟满足能力方面具有显著效果。但其风险同样突出:过度依赖外部奖励易触发“德西效应”,且发放标准随意、后备强化物单一、缺乏退出机制等问题普遍存在。代币制的教育价值不取决于其本身,而在于教师如何设计、使用与退出。将代币制与社会奖励、活动奖励协同使用,逐步淡化物质强化,最终实现幼儿从他律走向自律。
Abstract: Token economy systems are widely used in kindergartens as a tool for behavior management. However, teachers often find themselves trapped in the dilemma of “emphasizing control over internalization” when implementing rewards and punishments. This study aims to systematically review the psychological mechanisms underlying token economy systems, reveal their advantages and risks, and propose scientific and ethical implementation strategies. Using a literature review method, this paper integrates core domestic and international literature on reward and punishment mechanisms, token economy systems, self-determination theory, and behavioral reinforcement theory, and analyzes typical cases of token economy application in kindergarten behavior intervention. The findings indicate that token economy systems are significantly effective in shaping rule-abiding behavior and cultivating delayed gratification in young children. However, the risks are equally prominent: over-reliance on external rewards can easily trigger the “Deci Effect”, and issues such as arbitrary distribution criteria, a lack of diversified backup reinforcers, and the absence of exit mechanisms are widespread. The educational value of token economy systems lies not in the system itself, but in how teachers design, implement, and phase it out. By integrating token economy systems with social and activity-based rewards, material reinforcement can be gradually reduced, ultimately guiding children from heteronomy to self-discipline.
