人工智能时代思政课教师胜任力提升路径研究
Research on the Pathways to Enhance Competency of Ideological and Political Education Teachers in the Era of Artificial Intelligence
摘要: 人工智能技术与教育教学的深度融合,重构了思政课的教学形态、育人场景与评价体系,对思政课教师的胜任力提出了全新要求。本文以新时代思政课教师“政治强、情怀深、思维新、视野广、自律严、人格正”的核心要求为根本遵循,结合人工智能时代教育数字化的发展趋势,界定了智能时代思政课教师胜任力的核心构成维度,剖析了当前教师胜任力发展面临的技术素养不足、教学模式固化、价值引领与技术赋能融合不畅等现实困境,从制度保障、培训赋能、教学实践、评价反馈四个维度,探索人工智能时代思政课教师胜任力的系统性提升路径,为建设高素质专业化思政课教师队伍、增强思政课教学的针对性与实效性提供理论参考和实践指引。
Abstract: The deep integration of artificial intelligence technology and education has reconstructed the teaching form, educational scenarios, and evaluation system of ideological and political courses, and put forward new requirements for the competence of ideological and political course teachers. This article takes the core requirements of “strong politics, deep emotions, new thinking, broad vision, strict self-discipline, and positive personality” for ideological and political education teachers in the new era as the fundamental guideline. Combined with the development trend of digital education in the era of artificial intelligence, it defines the core dimensions of the competence of ideological and political education teachers in the intelligent era, analyzes the current practical difficulties faced by the development of teacher competence, such as insufficient technical literacy, rigid teaching mode, and poor integration of value guidance and technological empowerment. From the four dimensions of institutional guarantee, training empowerment, teaching practice, and evaluation feedback, it explores the systematic improvement path of ideological and political education teachers’ competence in the era of artificial intelligence, and provides theoretical reference and effectiveness for building a high-quality professional ideological and political education teacher team, enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education teaching.
