面向老字号振兴的“产教融合”工业设计教学模式构建与实践——以天津长芦汉盐为例
Construction and Practice of an “Industry-Education Integration” Industrial Design Teaching Model for the Revitalization of Time-Honored Brands—A Case Study of Tianjin Changlu Hanyan
摘要: 针对当前工业设计教育中普遍存在的理论与实践脱节、学生创新实践能力不足等问题,以及中华老字号品牌在新时代下面临的振兴需求,本研究探索了一条以“产教融合”为核心的教学改革路径。论文构建了以“老字号品牌振兴”为真实项目驱动,以“校企双导师制”为保障,贯穿“调研–洞察–共创–实现”全流程的工业设计教学模式,并以天津长芦汉盐企业的创新设计项目为具体实践案例,详细阐述了该模式的实施过程与学生成果。实践表明,该模式有效激发了学生的学习主动性与创造力,显著提升了其综合设计与实践能力,同时为老字号品牌注入了新的活力,实现了人才培养与社会服务的双向赋能,为同类院校的设计教学改革提供了可资借鉴的范式。
Abstract: In response to the common issues in current industrial design education, such as the disconnect between theory and practice and the insufficient innovative practical abilities of students, as well as the need for revitalization faced by time-honored Chinese brands in the new era, this study explores a teaching reform path centered on the integration of industry and education. The paper establishes an industrial design teaching model driven by real projects of “revitalizing time-honored brands” and supported by a “dual mentorship system of school and enterprise”, covering the entire process of “research-insight-co-creation-implementation”. It takes the innovative design project of Tianjin Changlu Hanyan Enterprise as a specific practical case, detailing the implementation process of this model and the students’ achievements. Practice has shown that this model effectively stimulates students’ initiative and creativity in learning, significantly enhances their comprehensive design and practical abilities, while also injecting new vitality into time-honored brands. It achieves dual empowerment of talent cultivation and social service, providing a valuable reference model for design education reform in similar institutions.
