新时代家校共育分歧现象及其实践路径探析——基于贯彻《家庭教育促进法》的视角
Exploration of the Phenomena of Divergences in Home-School Co-Education and Its Practical Paths in the New Era—From the Perspective of Implementing the “Family Education Promotion Law”
摘要: 中学思想政治教育是培育担当民族复兴大任时代新人的核心场域,而家校共育作为其关键实践范式,在《家庭教育促进法》视域下面临理论建构与实践创新的双重命题。新时代,家校共育实践中,中学生思想品德培育存在家校共识分歧、主体权责错位以及中学延时服务冲突等现实困境,亟须从法治框架、共识构建与德育实践三重维度筑牢理论根基。其破解路径需构建《家庭教育促进法》学习机制、完善学生思想品德纪实体系、创新家长素养提升机制与延时服务策略,形成法治引领、情感互动、社会支持、数据支撑的协同育人生态。中学应通过家校共育机制的系统性创新,推动思想政治教育高质量发展,为国家教育强国战略与社会和谐发展提供支撑,实现培养时代新人的育人宗旨。
Abstract: Ideological and political education in middle schools is the core field for cultivating new people of the era who can shoulder the responsibility of national rejuvenation. As a key practical paradigm, home-school co-education faces the dual propositions of theoretical construction and practical innovation from the perspective of the “Family Education Promotion Law”. In the new era, in the practice of home-school co-education, the cultivation of middle school students’ ideological and moral character is confronted with practical dilemmas such as divergences in home-school consensus, dislocation of subject responsibilities and conflicts in extended services of middle schools. It is urgent to consolidate the theoretical foundation from three dimensions: legal framework, consensus building and moral education practice. The solution paths need to construct a learning mechanism for the “Family Education Promotion Law”, improve the ideological and moral portrait system, innovate the mechanism for enhancing parents’ literacy and strategies for extended services, so as to form a collaborative education ecology led by the rule of law, supported by emotional interaction, social support and data. Middle schools should promote the high-quality development of ideological and political education through the systematic innovation of the home-school co-education mechanism, provide support for the national strategy of building a powerful education country and the harmonious development of society, and realize the educational purpose of cultivating new people of the era.
