左乙拉西坦与奥卡西平治疗成人癫痫发作的 疗效比较

Comparison of the Efficacy of Levetiracetam and Oxcarbazepine in the Treatment of Adult Seizures

摘要: 目的：观察左乙拉西坦与奥卡西平在治疗成人癫痫发作方面的疗效有无明显差异，进而指导治疗方案的选择。方法：选择癫痫患者87例，分为奥卡西平组52例，左乙拉西坦组35例。结果：奥卡西平组52例患者中，控制32例，显效8例，有效6例，无效6例，总有效率为88.47%；左乙拉西坦组35例患者中，控制21例，显效5例，有效5例，无效4例，总有效率为88.58%；两组患者在有效率上无明显差异。

Abstract: Objective: To observe whether there is a significant difference in the efficacy of levetiracetam and oxcarbazepine in the treatment of adult epileptic seizures, and to guide the selection of treatment regimen. Method: 87 patients with epilepsy were selected and divided into an oxcarbazepine group (52 cases) and a levetiracetam group (35 cases). Conclusion: Among the 52 patients in the oxcarbazepine group, 32 were controlled, 8 showed significant efficacy, 6 were effective, and 6 were ineffective, with a total effective rate of 88.47%; among the 35 patients in the levetiracetam group, 21 were controlled, 5 showed significant efficacy, 5 were effective, and 4 were ineffective, with a total effective rate of 88.58%; there was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups.
