宫内手术围术期保胎药物使用研究进展

摘要: 随着视胎儿为患者观点的普及、胎儿医学相关多学科的技术发展,宫内手术真正地将治疗关口前移至胎儿期,以期获得良好的预后。但早产仍然是宫内手术的严重并发症,严重影响手术效果及新生儿预后。但对于宫内手术围术期抑制宫缩药物的使用研究却十分有限,本文将探讨现宫内手术的相关风险及临床常用的药物治疗方案。
Abstract: With the popularization of the view that fetuses are patients and the technological development of multiple disciplines related to fetal medicine, intrauterine surgery has truly shifted the treatment threshold forward to the fetal stage in order to achieve good prognosis. However, premature birth remains a serious complication of intrauterine surgery, which seriously affects the surgical outcome and neonatal prognosis. However, research on the use of tocolytic drugs during the perioperative period of intrauterine surgery is very limited. This article will discuss the relevant risks of current intrauterine surgery and commonly used clinical drug treatment regimens.
