银发经济发展的前景与路径研究

Research on the Prospects and Paths for the Development of the Silver Economy

摘要: 人口老龄化进程的加速推进，使银发经济成为我国经济社会发展的重要新动能。基于国务院办公厅等部门出台的核心政策文件与权威统计数据，系统分析银发经济的发展前景与供需结构适配不足、产业布局粗放分散、专业人才供给短缺、老年群体数字鸿沟凸显核心现实瓶颈，从深化供给侧结构性改革、推进产业集聚融合、完善人才培养激励机制、实施数字适老化改造四大维度构建针对性优化路径，破解银发经济发展桎梏，推动其实现从粗放式增长向高质量发展的转型。

Abstract: The accelerated advancement of population aging has turned the silver economy into an important new driving force for China’s economic and social development. Based on the core policy documents issued by the General Office of the State Council and other relevant departments, as well as authoritative statistical data, this paper systematically analyzes the development prospects of the silver economy and its core practical bottlenecks, including inadequate matching of supply and demand structures, extensive and scattered industrial layout, shortage of professional talents, and prominent digital divide among the elderly population. It constructs targeted optimization paths from four dimensions: deepening supply-side structural reform, promoting industrial agglomeration and integration, improving the talent training and incentive mechanism, and implementing digital aging-friendly transformation, so as to break the development constraints of the silver economy and drive its transformation from extensive growth to high-quality development.
